Smoking Panda Farm was born in Roxbury, in the heart of the Catskills, where cool mountain air and patient, low-impact cultivation shape everything we grow. After years of research and hands-on trials, we hand-selected ten signature strains tailored to our hillside microclimate, each nurtured for standout flavor and character.

In 2024 our flower took top honors as the NY Craft Flower Cup Winner, proof that careful farming and clean genetics speak for themselves. From seed to cure, we keep it simple, sustainable, and transparent, so what’s in the jar is exactly what the mountain intended.

Our top-notch facilities pair small-batch craftsmanship with living-soil beds and heritage seed stock. We focus on regenerative inputs, slow dries, cold cures, and meticulous hand-trims so every jar reflects the care, terroir, and standards we hold on our Catskills farm.

Beyond the fields, we built a state-of-the-art indoor facility from the ground up sealed flower rooms with HEPA-filtered air, closed-loop HVAC, precision fertigation, sensor-driven lighting, and clean-room workflows so each cultivar follows a repeatable climate recipe from clone to cure. Our team also designs and commissions cultivation spaces for others; we offer design-build consulting, retrofits, layout and equipment spec, energy modeling, SOPs and compliance docs, genetics selection, staff training, and launch support.
